Her research focuses on the evolving technology hardware supply chain and the structural shifts driven by the global energy transition. By analyzing corporate performance, industry supply and demand dynamics, policy developments, and capital expenditure cycles, she helps the team evaluate companies' long-term growth potential and investment value. Experience
Janet brings experience across private equity, public equity research, and alternative investments. Her research expertise includes financial analysis, industry trend assessment, valuation, and investment thesis development. Previously, she interned at TriAnchor Capital Group, where she monitored corporate earnings, M&A activities, and regulatory developments, while supporting due diligence for potential acquisitions. Her responsibilities included reviewing financial information, evaluating competitive positioning, assessing operational quality, and participating in meetings with target companies. Janet also competed in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, where she led her team to win the Taiwan Championship. Focusing on MediaTek as the covered company, she conducted comprehensive equity research, analyzing the semiconductor industry, the competitive landscape of IC design, consumer electronics demand cycles, and long-term growth drivers such as cloud ASICs and automotive semiconductors. She developed financial models and valuation frameworks to formulate investment recommendations. In addition, she interned with the Diversified Products Investment Department at Nan Shan Life Insurance, where she gained exposure to research on REITs, private equity funds, and infrastructure investments.
Education & Fun Facts
Janet holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from National Taiwan University and was an exchange student at IÉSEG School of Management in France. During university, she was actively involved in volunteer work, particularly in education and rural outreach programs, reflecting her interest in educational equity and access to learning opportunities.
Outside of work, Janet enjoys traveling, reading, listening to music, and photography. She believes that exploring different cities and cultures broadens her perspective and sharpens her understanding of industries, consumer behavior, and market trends. She is also the proud owner of a Roborovski hamster, whose lively personality brings a great deal of joy to her daily life.
